The staff was friendly and attentive, fixing our refrigerator promptly. The downtown location made it easy to explore Ottawa.

However, our last night was disrupted by someone entering our room. The cleanliness could have been improved. we found hair in the shower.

The hotel is in a prime location near Byward Market and Parliament Hill, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. However, cleanliness could be improved, and I faced issues with the door and parking fees. Still, it’s decent for budget travelers seeking convenience.

We stayed for a week. The staff were really helpful when we asked to move rooms. They jumped at it, moving us to a better spot inside that actually met our expectations, which was real nice.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
